6. Travel Documents & Compliance
6.1 Customers are solely responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including valid IDs, visas, and passes.
6.2 For train travel, travellers must ensure the correctness of their passenger details as per government ID proof.
6.3 Next Trip Ticket will not be liable if travel is denied due to incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid documentation.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Next Trip Ticket operates as an intermediary and holds no control over airline or railway operations.
7.2 We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, lost baggage, or service disruptions caused by third-party providers.
