At Next Trip Ticket, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. This policy outlines how cancellations, modifications, and refunds are managed to ensure transparency and a smooth experience for our customers.
1. Cancellations by the Customer
All cancellations are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the airline or railroad company operating your service.
Since Next Trip Ticket acts as a booking intermediary, we process cancellations strictly according to the respective carrier’s policies.
Cancellation requests must be made through our support team by phone or email. Once received, we’ll confirm your eligibility and inform you of any applicable penalties or fees before proceeding.
Some fares—especially non-refundable or discounted tickets—may not qualify for refunds, or may incur additional charges per the carrier’s fare rules.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated only after receiving confirmation from the airline or train operator.
The refund amount depends on the carrier’s policy, fare type, and the time remaining before departure.
For non-refundable tickets, only applicable taxes (if refundable by the carrier) may be returned.
Next Trip Ticket’s service fees and convenience charges are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment.
Refund processing may take 7 to 21 business days, depending on the carrier and banking partners.
3. Cancellations by the Airline or Train Operator
If a flight or train is cancelled or rescheduled by the carrier, we will notify you promptly.
If eligible, you may choose between:
A full refund, or
Rescheduling is offered by the airline or railroad company.
Our support team will coordinate with the respective operator to ensure your preferred resolution.
4. No-Show Policy
If a traveller fails to board a flight or train without prior cancellation, the booking will be considered a no-show.
In such cases, the entire ticket value may be forfeited, and refunds or rebooking options are typically not available, as per carrier rules.
5. Changes or Modifications
Requests to change travel dates, routes, or passenger details are treated as modifications.
These are subject to carrier change fees, fare differences, and availability.
Our team will guide you through the options and provide a transparent cost breakdown before confirming any changes.
6. Service Fees
Next Trip Ticket may charge a nominal service fee for processing cancellations, refunds, or modifications.
These fees are separate from the carrier’s charges and are non-refundable once the service is rendered.
